For my Personal Project, I wanted to develop BOXED due to my interest in not only environmental sustainability but also a passion for art. Thanks to Personal Project, BOXED has been embodied into what it is today and from what was once seen as mere plans and prototypes became a real concept. This page is here to showcase some of the work which correlated with the production of BOXED website content.
OUT OF THE BOXED
During the fair, various members of the NIST community signed the petition which said that they would agree to "think out of the BOXED". It was great to talk to everyone that came and explain why they should #AcceptTheChallenge. It was such an incredible experience to share all the learning and effort that went into this project and spread the concept of our service to the community. Some great connections were made and hopefully many of them to keep as we look at the future of BOXED! Hope to see many inspired people thinking outside the BOXED always!
PROCESS JOURNAL
The process journal is a big part of the project, allowing us to track various aspects of the project all the way form the start. Feel free to scroll through to see task requirements and further development.
EVIDENCE OF PRODUCT
A task requirement of the project is to show the product in a way that will allow the audience to gain the best view of what it is that has been made. The products I showcased were the handmade 'Pulp & Deckle', Paper Packaging, Dyes and the website itself.
